We trust you will be 100% pleased and happy with the product purchased from our website. If, however, you feel you do not need the product, or you do not want to accept the product, you may cancel anytime within seven days of receiving your order.
Before returning, cancelling or exchanging item(s) purchased online, please contact our Customer Care Team using either chat or email at:

We will exchange the product or refund the purchase price, considering the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be returned within seven days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging and unused.
If you ask for a refund, the purchase price will be reimbursed (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) to you using the payment method with which you placed your order once the returned item(s) have been received by our warehouse and we can establish that it meets the conditions above.
You are liable for any costs incurred in returning the item(s) to us.
Allow up to ten days for the return or exchange to be processed, from the time we receive your order. Once the exchange or return has been processed, an email will be sent to you.
Please note that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Refunds for items that are indicated as shipped, however, reported missing by the customer will not be refunded. Slimeasy.com will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed to be delivered to the address given by you while placing your order. However, we will review at our sole discretion on a case by case basis. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Damaged & Incorrect Item(s):
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team within seven days of delivery via chat or email care@abzy.com. We will require your order number. We may likewise ask that you send the damaged/defective or incorrect item(s) back to us.
Please send your item(s) with a copy of the original receipt to the address below and the reason for your return. The delivery note must indicate “damaged,” if the package looks marred or damaged.
If, however, you assign another person to sign for and receive the goods on your behalf, it will then be considered that you have given the approval to advise the person to carefully check the products and take up full responsibility for any loss or damages if they sign on your behalf.
Slimeasy.com will not consider claims for reparations or unavailability after a lapse of a period. Any damage or loss to the goods shall be at your own risk, from the date of acceptance of delivery of the goods. Replacement products will be sent to you in case an item has arrived in a damaged condition.
Refund Policy
The refund will be processed how the payment was made. If payment were made by credit card or online banking, we would refund the credit card or bank account. In case the payment has been made by cash, we will refund the payment via cheque or bank account.
The refund process will be initiated by us when we receive the product (s). Refunds are processed within ten working days; however, in the case of payments by cheque, it may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and the amount to reflect in your account once the cheque has been deposited in your bank by you.
Slimeasy.com cannot be held responsible for delays in credit to your credit card issuing bank managed by the cardholder.
Please Note: For products that are returned within the seven-day time frame, subject to the return of the goods, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in most cases within 30 days from the day you cancel the order. Products must be returned in the same condition as received by you. In this scenario, the price of the products in full including delivery will be refunded; however, you will be liable for the cost that is incurred for returning the product to us.
For products that are defective, the returned product will be inspected, and we will inform you in regards to the refund via e-mail, within a reasonable time frame. A refund will be processed, usually, within 30 days from the day, an e-mail is received about your claim to a refund of the said product. Products returned by you for the reason that it was defective, however, the defect was not caused by you, your servant or anyone else will be refunded in full, including the delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the product to us.
